  • Provide IT support on PC and mobile devices; hardware and software installation and maintenance services
  • Provide assistant support to LAN / VPN administration
  • Participate in IT inventory and security maintenance
  • Participate in preparing documentation and training material for end users
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
  • 2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / IT Support
  • Familiar with PC, mobile, MS Windows, Office / O365 applications
  • Knowledge in LAN / VPN is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills with pleasant working attitude
  • Willing to learn and explore the latest IT technologies
  • IT Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Occasional work outdoor is required
