Plans, organizes and directs team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction, which are well-reflected in mystery shopper report.
Plan and organize annual and monthly promotions, monitoring day-to-day operational efficiency of the outlet and maintaining guests’ satisfaction in accordance with Conrad Hong Kong standards and hotel procedures.
Responsible for implementing new strategies to maximize food and beverage revenues and profitability for the outlet, and also for monitoring and controlling the resources to minimize costs and expenses for the outlet.
Understands and implements financial principles and procedures that improve productivity and efficiency
Analyses fundamental financial information to produce business forecasts
Substantial relevant experience in five-star hotels with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
Customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and self- motivated
Strong manpower planning and training skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective leadership skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English while Cantonese and Putonghua preferable
Understands the business complexity, competitors market and overall long-term vision of the company
Understands internal and external customers, suppliers and competitors and identifies areas for improvement
