IT/Desktop Support (Retail MNC; 25k + Bonus)

The Role:

We are now looking for a IT Specialist to provide frontline phone support to customer in Mac OS/ Windows Platform and conduct daily system administration and troubleshooting. He/ she will also coordinate with different teams and vendors to complete the request from stakeholders.

Reports to: Manager - Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technical support for office and stores.
  • Respond to telephone / email / desk-side enquiries from users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Hands-on role including desktop installations (hardware, software, mobile devices etc), configuration, systems testing, and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop & business applications.
  • Routine hardware and software maintenance for the end user space.
  • Manage IT Inventory and maintain proper records.
  • Support infrastructure related projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in Helpdesk support
  • Knowledge in Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft server, Office 365, Android & IOS support.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage
