  • 5-day week


  • Support in Office and Remote warm site.
  • Handle technical inquiries and provide level 1 & 2 support within the agreed service levels, covering desktop, mobile device, communication systems, network issues and application software.
  • Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
  • Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products.
  • Maintenance of company databases, sharepoint and website.
  • Responsible for supporting end user software such as Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office, Video Conferencing etc.
  • Organize workshop/seminar for promoting IT products/sharing IT knowledge


  • 2+ Year of Experience in PC Desktop Support
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Duration: 1 year (Contract Renewable)
  • Working Hours: M-F 08:45 - 17:55
  • Working Location: Central / Kowloon Bay / Mongkok / Shatin
