We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Jade Business Development Manager II, China Team.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Achieve the performance expectation by development of referral source, intermediaries and internal business partnership
  • Outreach and acquire leads from the referral source
  • Manage referral activities to convert to new customer acquisition
  • Contact customers for application appointments
  • Explain International Banking & Premier/Jade proposition
  • Facilitate customer to complete account applications with required documents
  • Provide support to enable customers fulfilling qualified Premier/Jade status
  • Build strong client relationships since acquisition, obtain and maintain trustworthy relationship
  • Arrange/participate in relationship building client visits and events
  • Refer client to International Banking Manager, Insurance Specialist, Retail Sales or other stakeholders for financial needs
  • Effective use of tools and information to drive client service delivery and RBWM performance
  • Build a high personal and corporate profile in the community in which you are based
  • Develop network of external professional contacts with the aim of acquiring new business, enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the brand

  • 安排/参与客户拜访和活动以建立良好客户关系
  • 向国际银行业务經理、财务策划副总裁、零售业务销售人员或其他持份者推荐客户以满足财务需求
  • 灵活有效地使用工具和信息来推动客户服务和 WPB业绩
  • 在您所在的社区建立良好的个人和企业形象
  • 向外发展专业人脉以获取新业务、增强专业知识和推广汇丰银行



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid proven experience in customer experience/banking industry preferably in non-resident Chinese (NRC) segment
  • Proven ability to manage professional relationships with multiple internal/external parties and deliver results with multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
  • Strong sales orientation and networking skills
  • Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
  • Clear view on cross border policy and how to work with FCC, Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
  • Local regulatory & license requirements - job holder should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by country
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English and preferably Cantonese

  • 掌握流利的普通话、英语,流利粤语获优先考虑
