Our client, a Japanese mechanical components trading company, is now looking for suitable candidates as below: 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set accounting, prepare financial reports and accounting related reports
  • Handle accounting procedures (e.g. prepare cheque, issue debit note, data entries)
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements & other management reports and report to Japan headquarter
  • Support all-rounded HR and administrative duties, including payroll, compensation & benefits and other related duties
  • Support Sales Assistant if necessary
  • Handle ad-hoc duties upon required

Requirements

  • 5+ years experiences in accounting position
  • Excellent command of Japanese
  • Conversational in English & Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Excel & Word
  • Immediate available

Package

  • Mon – Fri /  08:45 – 17:45
  • Double pay
