Japanese Speaking Administration Assistant / Officer

Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial & administrative support to the corporate management team, such as CSR issues, reports, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate conference, staff activities & company events
  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials
  • Assist in secretarial task and minutes taking for management
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • 1 year or above HR, administration or secretary experience is a plus, preferably gained from logistics company
  • Energetic, outgoing, presentable with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work with tight deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Word Processing)
  • Fresh graduate would be considered
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Administration Officer
  • Immediately available is preferred
