Japanese speaking Career Advisor - Recruitment Agency (Wanchai/ 5 days/ good package)

To cope with the business expansion, we are inviting talented and energetic individuals to join our professional team:

Responsibilities:

• Provide market information, advice and guidance to candidates on career planning
• Interview and assess candidates base on client’s requirement
• Work closely with team consultants to expand candidate pool, verify and update candidate information to database
• Provide advices on CV, applications, job hunting and interview techniques
• Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties as assigned
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines with 1-2 years working experiences 
• Experiences in Sales, Hospitality and Customer Service are highly preferred
• Able to work well to sales targets and in high pressure environment
• Fluent in English & Mandarin with good interpersonal skills, Japanese speaking skill is highly preferred 
• Immediate available is preferred
