Job Duties:

  • To support seniors in managing customers’ accounts and provide customer service through replying emails or phone calls
  • To assist Japanese sales representative in financial advice
  • To prepare different kinds of documentations and perform translation duties when necessary
  • To update and maintain data
  • To handle any ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Japanese and English.
  • Good at communication, cheerful and attentive
  • Good command in MS Office
