Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities

  • Arrange daily in & outbound shipment arrangement and small parcels shipment for E-commerce Business
  • Pick up daily incoming inquiries and call
  • Be responsible for quotation issuing and documentation
  • Support sales team work and coordinate with other departments including warehouse and operations
  • Handle problems in daily operations and provide solutions to customers within timeframe set
  • Maintain good communication with oversea clients & office, agents and local operations
  • Perform any ad hoc assigned when required

Requirements

  • High school graduate or above
  • 1 year or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics company
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
  • Fluent Japanese (N1) or Native level is highly preferred
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Client focus with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be responsible and able to work independently under pressure
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with positive attitude
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • San Po Kong (free shuttle bus to Diamond Hill MTR station)
