Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments including Sales, CS and Operations for daily job
- Work with warehouse team and operating WMS for inbound/outbound orders preparation
- Support sales team for quotation, report, documents and translation
- Manage and plan the project to ensure the timeline
- Perform any ad hoc assigned when required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- 1 years or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics company
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Be responsible and able to work independently under pressure
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Enjoy working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with positive attitude
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Working Location
- San Po Kong (free shuttle bus to Diamond Hill MTR station)
