Our client, a Japanese electronics components manufacturer, is now looking for a suitable candidate to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services and handle customers’ inquiries
  • Perform orders processing, shipping arrangement and clerical duties
  • Prepare quotation and sales reports
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  •  1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in B2B sectors is preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
  • Short notice period is preferred

 

Package:

  • 5 days
  • Up to 16K (Depends on experience)
  • Double pay, Discretionary bonus
  • Medical allowance, Trip allowance
  • Mong Kok
