Our client, a famous Japanese logistics company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:


  • Provide customer services to clients to maintain and support
  • Responsible for mainly Japanese customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle daily courier operation which arranges pick-up order and contact trucking team, and etc.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties upon required


  • Experienced in customer services is preferable
  • Good command of written & spoken Japanese, English preferred
  • Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill


  • 5 days’ work 
  • Salary: up to 19K
  • Location: Cheung Sha Wan
