Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is looking for a right candidate to join their team:

Responsibilities

  • Support HR and Admin duty includes payroll, MPF, taxation...etc
  • Assist Japanese team on VISA matter / accommodation / transportation / medical arrangement and coordination
  • Handle full range administrative support
  • Willing to travel to China factory when required

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Human Resource or accounting disciplines
  • 2 year relevant experience especially working in a Japanese company to provide HR / Admin support
  • Experience / good knowledge in China income tax / labour ordinance is an advantage
  • Good in Japanese speaking (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Good in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Package

  • 5-days work week
  • Salary: up to 18.5k (depends on experiences)
  • Double pay with Discretionary Bonus
  • Medical & Dental allowance
