Our client, a Japanese financial company is looking for a Japanese Speaking HR Assistant to join their team.
Job Duties: • Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as the onboarding process, payroll calculation, reports, taxation and MPF • Obtain visas for staff members and their families and arranging accommodation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff data, including personal, attendance, and leave records • Translate and interpret from Japanese to Chinese/ English and vice versa • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement: • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines • Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese IS A MUST • At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution or large MNC • Proficient in MS Office
