Our client, a well known Japanese company is looking for the candidate with the following details:

Duties

  • Assist in system Improvement for Procurement & Logistics requests
  • Support Procurement operation on daily system issue and coordination with internal users
  • Prepare KPI reports for management analysis purpose
  • Prepare report and assist Manager on system budget management
  • Perform training material within Division and with business partners
  • Support department activities such as audit, ISM and other improvement activity
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Good English and Mandarin; Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must
  • 1 year working experience such as system related, customer services, procurement or ecommerce
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Well organized, strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
