Japanese Speaking Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities


  • Issue purchasing order and follow up supplier delivery

  • Liaise with vendor and our Group Company

  • Monitor production and delivery

  • Cost Management

  • Provide support to ad hoc project as assigned


Requirements



  • Over 2 years working experience in Purchasing

  • Fluent of Japanese (JLPT2 or above)

  • Good command on Mandarin and English

  • Good communication & negotiation skills with business sense

  • PC knowledge - Email, MS Word, Excel etc

  • High School Graduation or above

Salary:
Negotiable
