Japanese Speaking Sales Admin Clerk ( Toys Trading / GOOD PACKAGE / Kwun Tong )

Our client, a Japanese toys company is now looking for the following candidate –



  • Sales order follow up
  • Update Master file, inventory, Price list, monthly sales result report
  • Handle licensing related document 
  • Shipping arrangements with the customer
  • Sample Control for Sales Admin, Licensing team



  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Working experience about overseas customers’ order follow up is preferred
  • Less experience is welcome
  • Detail minded, self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, experience in SAP System would be a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin



  • 5 day work
  • Kwun Tong
  • Up to 16K with good package
