Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant/ Coordinator (Up to 18K with good package)

Our client, a Japanese based company is looking for a candidate meeting the requirement below: 


  • Handle the sales order follow up, report to a Japanese Manager
  • Handle document such as PO, quotation & invoice
  • Handle delivery arrangement  and inventory control
  • Liaise with customers and Japan HQ


  • Minimum 2-years’ relevant work experience in customer service
  • Good written skills in English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • immediately available prefer  


  • 5 days’ work
  • Salary up to 18K (depends on experience)
  • Double Pay & Bonus
  • Transportation allowance
  • Location: Kowloon Bay
