Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator (Less experience welcome! 2 times Bonus/ ~20K)

Our client, a famous Japanese company is now looking for the following candidate to join their team.

Job Duties:

• To be in charge of coordination and administration duty concerning to sales activities
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, Japan HQ, suppliers
• Handle documentations, Quotation, invoice
• Prepare forecast
• Arrange delivery schedule and orders designed
• Occasionally business trip to South China
• Assist in any ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Less experience will be considered
• Good command of Japanese, English, Mandarin
• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office
