Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a candidate with the following details:

Duties:

  • Handle Sales Order processing, contact with suppliers, liaise with the forwarders for delivery arrangement 
  • Prepare invoice, packing list, delivery documents and reports
  • Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
  • Handle goods delivery, support the team manager to solve the delivery issue
  • Admin operation support

 Requirement 

  • Good Mandarin, English & Japanese (JLPT N2) 
  • Diploma or above
  • with working experience of sales admin, order processing 
  • Independent, willing to learn and good team player
  • Good Ms. Excel skills is highly preferred
  • Exp. in using SAP/ERP system is highly preferred
