Job opportunities for – Project Executive/Assistant

ACT Genomics (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:-
  • Assist and support new projects/businesses for corporate development;
  • Responsible for general project administration and operation including routine project/service execution, project workflow management, stakeholder’s communication and management, etc;
  • Communicate and coordinate new projects/businesses with business partners to support project/business development and implementation;
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans;
  • Prepare & maintain project documents including testing/service form filing and uploading, job list, progress report, project workflow, etc;
  • Monitor and keep track the project milestones and deliverables;
  • Assist to conduct market research to support business development and expansion;
  • Ensure compliance with the good practice guides, policies and procedures.
Requirements:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Biological Science or related disciplines;
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Good organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
