  • Assist in the supervision of restaurant staff, side work preparation and table set- ups
  • Responsible for the efficient and high service standard in the station of the tables assigned
  • Responsible for the proper handling and controlling of all restaurant equipment and furniture
  • Ensures precise communication with the kitchen regarding menu changes, availabilities and special requests


  • High School/Diploma or above
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in F&B or hospitality industry
  • Pleasant and courteous personality
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills and a good team player
  • Passion to work in Food and Beverage Industry
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Captain
