Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of restaurant staff, side work preparation and table set- ups
- Responsible for the efficient and high service standard in the station of the tables assigned
- Responsible for the proper handling and controlling of all restaurant equipment and furniture
- Ensures precise communication with the kitchen regarding menu changes, availabilities and special requests
Requirments:
- High School/Diploma or above
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Pleasant and courteous personality
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Passion to work in Food and Beverage Industry
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Captain
