Junior Company Secretary

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • F.7 or above, in Company Secretarial studies or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years company secretarial experience, preferable in professional
firms
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Words Processing
is essential
  • Knowledge in CSA software is an advantage
  • Well-organized and detail minded
  • Proactive, good interpersonal, analytic and communication skills
  • Willing to learn, patient & tactful
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

Job Duties:
  • Assist the Company Secretary in handling full spectrum of company
secretarial matters and incorporation of client companies in both Hong
Kong and offshore
  • Handle non statutory matters such as due diligence works
  • Handle daily office administrative work as assigned
  • Assist in handling and dealing with inquiries from client on company
secretarial services
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Assist in Ad hoc assignment and miscellaneous duties
