Our client is a sizable Fin-tech company, ambitiously looking for expanding its core development team:

Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system development, implementation, maintenance, documentation and training
• Participate/assist in user requirements gathering, analysis and system/application design
• Assure quality for the developed systems
• Provide timely user support on relevant systems

Requirements

• University graduates in IT or related subjects
• Passion and has a strong willingness to learn new technologies
• 1 year or above hands-on development experience (internship experience is counted as work)
• Familiar with at least one of the following technologies:
  • Java / J2EE / Spring Boot
  • ASP / C# / .NET
  • Android / iOS Native
  • JavaScript / React / Angular / Node.JS
  • Python / R / Ruby / Spark / Teradata
  • Amazon AWS / Azure / other cloud platforms
  • Containers / Dockers
  • Elastic Search
  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Can communicate in good Chinese and English with local team members
• Fresh graduate is welcome (with training provided)
• More experience will be consider as Senior position

(Senior) BI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee application architecture design, system integration and solution implementation
• Fully responsible for maintaining system availability, stability and performance
• Partner with business leaders on key initiatives to develop opportunities and translate them into executable roadmaps
• Lead technical proof of concepts to demonstrate value of latest development in these technologies
• Coordinate with system administrator for system upgrade, patches and ongoing maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or equivalent field
• Min 2 years working experience, experiences with BI/ETL/Data Warehouse is a plus
• Strong in SQL knowledge
• Scripting/software development capability : basic Linux command & dos command
• Ability to deliver solutions through the system development life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with in building ETL process - ability to read, analyze and transform data  in an efficient manner is a plus
• Good analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Business Analyst / Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in business and systems projects and ensure quality delivery of the systems
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and prepare user requirement specifications in accordance with business needs
• Manage requirements throughout project life cycles
• Prepare test plan and participate in quality assurance testing cycles
• Conduct SIT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
• Support UAT, prepare user manual and conduct training
• Assist project team members with the development of project documentation
• Analyze business processes, identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
• Co-ordinate with users of different areas , investigate & resolve issues and concerns raised by users
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Computing
• Min 2+ years working experience in Business Analyst / Project Management, experiecne in banking or finance is a plus
• Proficiency in Business / Finance / Technology Analysis / Treasury Accounting / E-commerce
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with IT procurement lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management with PMP, ITIL certificate will be consider as Project Lead
• Less experience or fresh graduate will also be consider as Project Management Assistant
