Junior HR Officer – Compensation and Benefits

This is an opportunity to join the administration of the French International School – one of the most established and oldest international schools - it is the only accredited French school in Hong Kong - with four campuses across the city. As a member of the Human Resources Department, you will support the HR operations by:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with HR duties such as monthly payroll process, MPF, leave, group medical
  • Maintaining employee database
  • Administration and taxation arrangements
  • Accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Compliance with employment ordinance and other legislative requirements
  • Ad-hoc administration

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Independent organisational skills, with strong numeracy and detail-orientation
  • 2 years’ experience in HR/Accounts related disciplines
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in EXCEL and MS Office
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Labour, and other related Ordinances

CONDITIONS

  • 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday – Full time
  • Entitled to 5 weeks of annual leave per year
