Junior IT Support Engineers / Deskside Support Engineers

Our client is now looking for Junior IT Support Engineers / Deskside Support Engineers to join within the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as 1st point of contact to provide desktop support to users
- Assist in maintaining system, server, network, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation, configuration, procurement process and IT equipment house-keeping
- Maintain/Update IT documentations
- Manage third party vendor relationships and coordinate work between different teams
- Assist in ad hoc project when required
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT field
- Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows 10
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service support skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-initiative, detail-minded and well-organized with positive working attitude
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese
There are two working locations A and B you can choose to go to:-
A)
Working location: Wan Chai
Working time: Mon to Fri on Shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (rotate weekly)

Working location: Central
Working time: Mon to Fri 09:00 -18:00
