The Role:

Junior Legal Counsel / Paralegal, Asia Pacific (based in Hong Kong office)

Logitech is looking for a talented legal professional who is passionate about advising and supporting a dynamic and innovative design-focused business to grow. The role requires a high degree of organizational skills, pro-activity and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the AP region and within the global legal department. In this role, you will operate as a part of a small team of legal professionals that work closely with sales & marketing and function teams across the AP region to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.

  • Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including, sales & marketing-related agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, reseller agreements), master services agreements/  statements of work and other agreements relating to the manufacturing consumer products business;
  • Preparing and reviewing training material regarding corporate policies, code of conduct, anti-trust/ competition law, advertising law etc.;
  • Independently coordinating with functional stakeholders, including Tax, Finance, Privacy, IP, and other internal teams;
  • Handling Corporate Secretarial Matters for AP entities;
  • Handling AP agreement approval in the contract management system (“CMS") incl. preparation of approval summary, dispatch and circulate approved agreements for signing and chopping;
  • Update of information on the AP Legal Logitech Intranet Page.


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills to our team:

  • Bachelor and Master Degree in Law (from Asia Pacific jurisdiction);
  • Postgraduate degree from foreign university and bar admission is a plus;
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience, at law firm or in-house experience;
  • Knowledge in AP common law and civil law jurisdictions (including sound knowledge of China law);
  • Knowledge of commercial law, labor law, consumer protection/ marketing and advertising law;
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (other languages are a plus).

  • Be collegial, hardworking, confident, a self-starter and have a passion for results.
