Junior Merchandiser/ Merchandising Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order follow up from PO place until shipment complete
  • Inventory Management
  • Work closely with factories / vendors to ensure on time delivery/shipment.
  • Customer document checking and uploading.
  • Assist Manager and Director on any task of daily operations
  • Take care team administration.
  • Handle any ad hoc duty
  • Handle Product Specification, Label, Data sheet detail checking, information collection.
  • Handling customer system, data input, PO/Report upload and download.
  • Arrange and schedule inspection Booking, work with QC team on factory audit, QC and QA issues
  • Handle customer sample in and out, golden sample program.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years merchandising experience,  
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written
  • Strong Skill on Excel, Words and PPT.
  • Inventory management experience will be highly advantage
  • Proactive communication skill
  • Experience on handling US clients will be an advantage
  • A good team player and can work independently
  • Positive working attitude and detail minded
  • Experience of sourcing and price negotiation will be highly advantage
  • Hard working, mature and some China trips are required
