Junior Performance Marketing Specialist (YOOX)

  • Be part of the YOOX Performance Marketing APAC team
  • Have 360 degrees responsibility in planning, developing and implementing the marketing plan in APAC
  • SEM: optimization of Google& Bing campaigns
  • Affiliation: managing and developing the partnerships with affiliates including influencers
  • Co-Marketing: scouting and managing co-branded campaigns with external partners


  • At least 1 year of experience in Web Marketing or E-commence, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector
  • Bachelor degree holder in related field required.
  • An in-depth understanding of APAC Markets (Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan in particular) and life-style.
  • A passion for the Internet in general and fashion ecommerce in particular
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with the current technologies used for online marketing tactics such as e-mail, SEM, Affiliation, social media, PFI, etc.
  • Good knowledge of web marketing tools such as Google adwords and Google analytics.
  • Very high project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong understanding of marketing spends impact on P&L.
  • Must excel in highly pressured situations where time to capitalize on an opportunity is short.
  • Must have an ability to productively work with individuals of varying skills and opinions.
  • High level of proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
