Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and clerical duties of the HR Department
  • Provide secretarial support to the head of the department
  • Will be given ample opportunities to gain professional exposure and learning in various HR functions 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or other relevant disciplines
  • 1 year of administrative and/or secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A good team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Multitasking and flexible
