Junior Secretary (Ref: TAX)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Department
  • Provide secretarial support to Directors
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, phone call and meeting arrangement
  • Perform data entry and filing
  • Perform other ad hoc job tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or other relevant disciplines
  • 1 year of administrative and/or secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A good team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Multitasking and flexible
