Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
Coordinate and manage personal matters including personal purchase and payment, etc.
Perform administrative duties
Requirements
Form 5 graduate
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Solid experience in serving senior management is preferred
Knowledge of office administration will be an advantage
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Good coordination and communication skills
Responsible and attentive to details
Mature and well-organised
Independent and positive
