Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate system installation and upgrades with the customers;
Provide user training;
Handle & Troubleshoot customer technical enquiries;
Responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support/ helpdesk support to customers including system diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing.
What You Offer
Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
2 years or above of working experience in IT supporting;
Financial industry experience is preferred;
Knowledge in Window Server,TCP/IP and MySQL is a plus;
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility;
Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges;
Passionate with strong commitment in IT career;
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
