Duties:

  • Provide first level end-user IT supports, such as installation and deployment of workstations, installation of software and hardware devices;
  • Prepare various analysis reports for consumer products (Restricted substances) testing or clients
  • Perform functional and user scenario tests for web and mobile applications
  • Create and maintain technical documents and training materials
  • Implement IT solutions

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skill, including being able to speak both English and Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must work well in a team as well as an ability to work independently
