Job Description:

  • Assist the Key Account Officer in maintaining the premium accounts activities
  • Prepare bookings and documentation set for air freight shipment, customs, etc
  • Assist and control overall daily operation, documenting, etc
  • Liaise with internal and external customer to ensure running smooth shipment’s operation
  • Ability to communicate with different levels within the organization

Requirements:

  • Completion of Form 7 or DSE
  • 1 year or above administrative or customer service experience
  • Good in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel, Powerpoint
  • Written and spoken English and Chinese, ability to speak and listen Putonghua
  • Responsible, Meticulous, Eager to learn
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
