Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound enquires via various channels (Phone call, Whatsapp, Email etc.);

  • Provide customer service support and maintain a good relationship with key accounts;

  • Assist in daily operations and work closely with different functional departments regarding customer’s need;

  • Handle general sales administration work;

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • DSE or above academic qualification in any disciplines;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and responsible;
  • 5-day work, Able to work on weekend and Public Holidays is a must;
  • Work location: Kwai Chung warehouse office and/or home-office;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Our remuneration package includes competitive salary, 5-day work, guaranteed 13 months annual salary, 12-14 days annual leave, Birthday leave, 5 days Paternity leave, medical allowance and MPF. We will provide on-job training program for the right candidate who may have less or no working experience in this field.
