Key Account Manager (4 months contract)

Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving sales target of responsible customers and total company commercial KPIs
  • Propose & lead sales initiatives for customers to drive topline sales and profit growth
  • Build long term relationship & strategic partnership with customers and manage customer negotiations in relation to company commercial strategy and corresponding customer trading terms
  • Handle sales forecast, stock planning and trade spend budget management on full year and monthly basis
  • Proactively monitor and provide analysis on the channel dynamics and competition environment to identify key insights for strategy and plan development
  • Ensure online & offline execution excellence and follow through planning & operations independently


  • Strong desire and passion to create opportunity to drive business growth
  • Fast paced, able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges, manage multiple project deadlines
  • Excellent communication, logical & reasoning skills and detail-oriented characters, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Agile, flexible, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with virtual and cross functional teams

Experience & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years related experiences in FMCG industry
  • University graduate or above, preferably with degree in business
  • High competency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
