Key Account Manager (B2B Sales)

Our client is a leading Multinational Consumer Goods company.   Their products are positioned with premium quality and value and widely used and integrated in various industries including but not limited to Fashion, Accessories, Electronics, Gifts & Premium.   To cope with their expansion, they are looking for seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales goal and various KPIs.
  • Formulate and implement the annual business plan and development plan for key accounts.
  • Develop new customers by market and potential customers visit, client’s own network, trade magazines or fairs and so on.
  • Manage and implement approved sales strategies, eg rebate schemes for individual account.
  • Develop, offer and implement on-going business solutions and consultations to customers through value-added advice, trend/product information and product development support.
  • Gain customer insight and build strong relationships with the customers, Tailor solutions and create customer needs by fully utilizing our local and global strengths and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B New Business Development and Account Management
  • Skilled in Solution Selling
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, self-initiated and sales driven
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
