Our client is the global leading crystal producer. Looking for the passionate canddiate to act as business development manager to reach potential clients. The job holder is responsible for managing assigned key accounts in order to grow sales in the long term and achieve set sales and strategic targets in the short term.


  • Achieve the sales goal and various KPIs
  • Formulate and implement the annual business plan and development plan for key accounts
  • Enlarge the customer base, identify and develop potential segments and territories by market and potential customers visit, trade magazines or fairs and so on
  • Manage and implement approved sales strategies, such as rebate schemes for individual account
  • Develop, offer and implement on-going business solutions and consultations to customers through value-added advice, trend/product information and product development support
  • Gain customer insight and build strong relationships with the customers, Tailor solutions and create customer needs by fully utilising our local and global strengths and resources


  • Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Min 5-8 years in Sales experience and Account Management
  • Able to manage customers and seize opportunity
  • Excellent negotiation skill and influencing skill
  • Able to act independently and yet able to work within a team
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
