Job Purpose¡G
Achieve sales target in the engine & system sales. Manage key accounts, partners and channels. Clarify commercial & technical issues of contract / agreement with key accounts, distributors and coordinate service support operation in Greater China Area for MTU-FN, MTU-Asia and MTU-China
Key Accountabilities¡G
Responsible for the sales, management & growth share of MTU products (including JV products) to key accounts in Greater China market
Attend to sales calls, enquiries and complaints & liaise with MTU-FN / MTU-Asia / MTU-China for the follow up
Review / clarify key account’s requirements / business plan / specifications and provide technical solutions / scope of supply for projects with standard scope, or non-standard scope
Provide technical specifications and clarify / define the scope of supply for the equipment required by key account
Prepare and carry out presentations on Onsite Energy system products and do product training to key accounts / customers, etc.
Develop, schedule, coordinate and evaluate sales activities for key account / customers within Greater China
Cooperate with application engineering teams of MTU-FN / MTU-Asia and China operations to handle and follow up projects and sales orders technically and commercially
Prepare and update data for key account sales and reports regularly
Regularly conduct the product training / technical update for key account
Co-ordinate with sales managers of sub-application(LE/DS/GS) to well manage / develop the market & events
Any other assignment from time to time
Qualifications and experience
Key Experiences and any Qualifications¡G
Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
At least 10 years relevant working experience in engine sales or engine application / services
Good experience for the management of key accounts / SI / Channel sales
Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares
Good knowledge of engine & power generating systems; awareness of relevant industries and competitors’ products
Demonstrated track record of success in sales
Good independent working ability
Good creative thinking ability
Good teamwork mentality
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across a matrix organization
Good learning attitude
