Position Summary

This position is created to manage a global program for a fashion retail customer. The program scope includes origin service, freight & Asia RDC.  

This position will report to the global account lead based in Hong Kong. As a member of this account team, he/she will focus on monitoring origin and RDC service performance by providing guidance & training to the operations teams, coordinate with IT and internal teams to help resolve operations issues and implement new process and services.  Ultimate goal is to drive overall program effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Communicate with various customer regions (US, Australia, Europe) to review & align new service requirements, coordinate with operations and IT team for implementations
  • Engage various customer regions and internal teams to ensure operations issues are effectively addressed, ensuring smooth program execution
  • Timely update LP (Logistics Procedures) and relevant operations documents and communicate with operations teams
  • Monitor KPI performance, coordinate with customer and internal teams to drive process improvement
  • Support global account lead to develop solutions and service proposals
  • Share industry best practices with the account to drive innovative solutions


  • Degree holder or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, preferably with experience in managing global retail accounts, or having retail DC experience.
  • Excellent in business communication and presentation skills
  • Strong in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good at interpersonal skills and building customer relationships at various levels.
  • Ability to adopt & adapt new information technologies
  • Passion in driving and achieving service excellence
