Key Account Manager (Retail)

  •        Report to the Corporate Sales Leader
  •        Execute on the evaluation performance and manage accounts including contract management on catching the business targets.
  •        Monitoring on trade spending with continuous improvement of sales and profit
  •        Develop and maintain good manner in customer relationship on achieving high customer service
  •        Conducting business review with customers on routine basis
  •        Prepare the regular report to the sales leader and top management
  •        Managing the Sales forecast Input and evaluate trends and from meaningful conclusion to fulfil the strategic decisions.      
  •        Identify the long and short-term business needs and objectives of key customers and develop/sell proactive business solutions across the full demand/supply chain


  •        University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline                  
  •        5 years+ of key account experience from sizable FMCG Companies                 
  •        Experience in managing supermarket chain & CVS                
  •        Outgoing and good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  •        Self-motivated, detail minded, responsible and sales driven
  •        Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  •        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  •        capable of problem solving.
  •        Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  •        Experience on Frozen & chilled food are highly recommended
