Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To support MD to maintain and increase maintain businesses with specified key accounts by offering quality services and products in a long term basis
  • To strategically gain, grow and sustain Key Accounts market share
  • To lead and manage the development, improvement, and retention of close relationship between ThyssenKrupp HK and new Key Account organizations, to generate more business and more valuable business from Key Account market segment
  • Develop and maintain effective communications with potential and existing customers and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain a client meeting matrix and relationships within a specified portfolio designed to meet and improve communications. Focus on a “close to the customer" approach
  • Develop new sales opportunities across the key accounts in line with budgets and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree , prefer in engineering or business related disciplines
  • 5 years or above experiences in handling key accounts management preferably in elevator, construction, E&M business or Business to Business (B2B)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Creative and lateral thinking, initiative, self motivation and independent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapt to business language and technical language
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Key Account Executive
