Key Account Manager

Our Client is a UK company provides services of promotion and consumer production for some of the media companies in the world. To cope with their business growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a passionate candidate to join their Sales team in Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

  • The role will directly report to Deputy Managing Director
  • Achieve sales target, expand sales territory and account penetration
  • Work closely with counterparts to provide account management
  • Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maxiamze and the year’s sales budget is achieved
  • Analyse and evaluate key account sales trends and performance, market penetration, distribution width and depth and merchandising/promotional thrusts
  • Build solid customer relationships and act as an important point of contact for customers’ day-to-day needs, take ownership of the customer experience post-sales
  • Identify the market trends and research for marketing information
  • Occasional travel is required

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration/Communication/Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key accounts management, experience in film industry or premium company would be an advantage
  • Good business sense, customer-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and fluent verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
  • Highly self-motivate, enthusiastic and ability to work well under pressure
