Key Account Manager



  • Develop assigned key customers & brands to achieve sales targets, profitability and market share
  • Cultivate and maintain sustainable and effective business relationship with assigned key customers in all levels
  • Proactively monitor distribution and merchandizing for assigned CHC brands
  • Collaborate with marketing or trade marketing to regularly conduct pre and post promotion analysis to ensure right promotion strategy formulated with effective ROI
  • Actively monitor Category and key competitions market intelligence, share with team insights & initiate actions whenever necessary
  • Co-ordination with merchandizing team to ensure the agreed planogram, display, promotion mechanics, POSM, pricing, etc is effectively & appropriately executed in store level


  • Tertiary qualifications are essential, preferably in Business major; alternatively a science / pharmacy degree or equivalent or an MBA
  • At least 5 years solid sales related experience
  • Prior working experience in MNC or Local Firm for FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Cantonese
