1 ) Key Accounts Operation Manager

 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop business with the assigned Key Accounts
  • Overview GM development of Key Accounts Department
  • Established SOP  jointly with counterpart and follow shipments accordingly
  • Provide solutions to customer to ensure service quality
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
  • Set and monitor KPI
  • Analyse the KPI generated and generate proposal to optimize the current flow / procedure
  • Present KPI to customer during service review (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
  • Provide quotation and tenders
  • To organizes, directs and control overall operation aspects of the Key Accounts Team
  • Manage critical circumstances and ensure business continue under unfavorable situation
  •  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in both air & sea freight services with at least 5 years’ experience in leading & managing team in a similar sized company and 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in Fashion/Retail Industry is a must
  • Familiar with worldwide markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent, responsible and mature.
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and with frequent overtime and occasional request to be on duty during weekends and public holidays.

2) Key Account Supervisor

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Maintain and develop business with assigned Key Accounts
  • Overview GM development of the assigned Key Accounts
  • Established SOP  jointly with counterpart and follow shipments accordingly
  • Develop relationship with assigned Key Account
  • Set and monitor KPI
  • Provide quotation
  • Back up teammates 

 Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or diploma holder
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or Logistic industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent and responsible, mature.
  • Familiar with worldwide markets
  • Good command both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
