This 12-month learning program – Key Account Sales Trainee (B2B), is designed for all who are interested in developing a career in the Home Appliances industry. During the time with us, you will have plenty of opportunities to gain a broad-base understanding and experience of the B2B sales operations through a series of on-the-job learning, business projects, professional training, and industrial networking. You will rotate to different business areas to acquire crucial industrial knowledge, skills, experience, and networks essential to becoming future business professionals and business leaders in the industry.

During the program, you will:

  • Attach to different B2B sales functions or projects, including institutional projects & solutions, wholesale, retail chains, and dealer management to broaden the business networks
  • Gain exposure to global business for personal growth and knowledge in cutting-edge technologies home appliances that improve the quality of life of our worldwide customers
  • Partner with senior mentors throughout the entire learning period

The requirements for the ideal candidate:

  • Higher diploma or above holder, prefer Business, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Passionate in developing a long-term career in the field of global electrical home appliances
  • Prefer 2-year working experience in account servicing or sales management in the wholesale/retail industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, open-minded, and willing to learn
