Position: Key Customer Manager
Department: Customer Development Department

Job Description:

To plan and develop customer strategies and activities plan for the assigned key customer to achieve the sales / profitability target

  • To implement the customer plan with excellent execution to ma ximize ROI of trade spending

  • To plan and monitor sales forecast b ased on sales trend, activities and objective

  • To build good business relationship with key stakeholders in assigned customer to facilitate business discussion and achieve mutual business objectives

  • To conduct business review with senior management of the assigned customer and monitor business progress

     

    Job Requirements:

     

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years in key account management

  • Good analytical skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good Interpersonal skills

  • Aggressive and persistent

  • Result oriented

  • Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
