An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated persons who are looking to take on a new challenge. We are currently recruiting Kitchen Storekeeper. The appointee will report to Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all goods to be received and stored properly in designated containers and area
  • Track and record the daily spending for food purchases
  • Liaise with F&B Controller on the cost control and monthly kitchen inventory report
  • Maintain and record the usage and storage of uniforms, all chemical and kitchen equipment
  • Coordinator with maintenance team or vendors when there is malfunctioning equipment
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate / DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in F&B industry
  • Competent knowledge in stock management and hygiene management
  • Well versed in using MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and English word-processing
  • Fair spoken and written Chinese and basic spoken English

Place of work:
1. Jordan (Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 18:00 on shift)
